POLICY OVERVIEW

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of order arrival to customer.
  • Shipping fees are not covered for merchandise without damage or shipped incorrectly.
  • Clothing that has been washed or worn will not be accepted for return.
  • Music, media and accessories must be unopened, unused, and in condition as received.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 2 business days from placing the order. This estimate may be subject to delays during holiday and peak seasons. Delivery is dependent upon your location and the processing from the mail couriers. Any delivery date shown on our website are estimates.

  • Standard time for orders within the US typically take 2-7 business days.
  • International Orders can take up to a 55 days to be delivered based off customs and shipping times which are out of our control. We appreciate your patience with these orders.
  • ARMNHMR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?

If you would like to make changes, please email us immediately to see if this can be done. While we try and accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee any changes including but not limited to shipping address, billing information, size, item or quantity. Additionally orders cannot be cancelled after processing. Changes cannot be done to "Final Sale" items

How long will it take for my Return/Exchange to be processed?

This process may take up to three weeks. Be sure to include a note stating your order number along with if this is a return or an exchange and if so, please name the item you would like to receive as this usually helps speed up the process. Once we receive the item, we will contact you via the email address used upon purchase so we can proceed and provide you with your new tracking number if needed. 

We only accept items eligible to be resold. Returns are subjected to thorough inspection and may be turned down and returned to the sender. No Exceptions. Original shipping costs are not refundable in any case. 

Return Tracking

Make sure to use a shipping method with tracking and hold onto your tracking number when you return the items. We cannot be held responsible for any returned merchandise unless you have obtained proof of delivery.

Can I get a pre-paid return shipping label?

Shipping fees are only covered for products that are damaged or shipped incorrectly, for domestic customers. Please contact customer support with an explanation of defect and include photo and/or video of damaged or incorrect item to receive a pre paid shipping label via email for your return. 

If an item is being returned for any damage or defects you must contact us within 3 days of delivery so your return can be processed accordingly, if not, your credit will not be issued and the damaged or defective items will be returned to you. Make sure you send your item(s) back within 2 weeks from receiving your return shipping label or your return shipping label will become invalid.

What if the exchange item I want is out of stock?

Due to high demand and varying stock levels, if we are unable to offer exchanges because a specific style or size has sold out, you may return the original item 

When will I see my refund?

In most cases, once a refund has been submitted, the issuing bank will post it to your account within 3-7 business days when issued to a credit card. Refunds issued to a bank account or pin-less debit typically take 10 business days to reflect on the account balance. This time frame may vary from one financial institution to another.

 

I am a customer from outside the USA, do I have to pay customs and taxes?

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed. The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Returns processed for international customer are done by the customer. Original shipping costs are not refundable in any case. We suggest using a mail service that offers tracking numbers!
